About

About me

My name is Evan, and I’m a 19‑year‑old college student who decided I wasn’t going to wait until “later” to understand money. At 18, I started with no credit, no financial guidance, and no real income. I didn’t come from a background where people talked about credit scores, investing, or building relationships with banks—so I had to figure it out myself.

Today, I’ve built high credit, multiple credit cards, strong relationships with banks, and real income from stocks and trading. I’m still in school, still learning, and still growing—but I’ve already proven that you don’t need to be older, wealthy, or “connected” to take control of your financial life.

And that’s exactly why I teach this.

Why I Started Sharing My Journey

Most financial educators are so far ahead that they forget what it feels like to start from zero. They show results, not the process. They talk about what you should do, but they don’t show what they actually did.

I’m different because:

  • I’m still in the process myself
  • I document everything — the wins, the setbacks, the approvals, the denials
  • I show the real steps I took starting from nothing
  • I explain how to overcome obstacles when you don’t have experience, money, or credit

I’m not teaching from a distance.

I’m teaching from the same place most people are in right now — building, learning, and improving every day.

What I Believe

I believe anyone — at any age — can build credit, create income, and take control of their financial future. You don’t need to be rich. You don’t need to be older. You don’t need to have everything figured out.

You just need:

  • the right information
  • the right habits
  • and a real plan

That’s what changed my life, and that’s what I want to give you.

Why Credit and Bank Relationships Matter

Credit isn’t just a number.

It’s access.

Good credit and strong bank relationships open doors to:

  • higher credit limits
  • better cards
  • lower interest rates
  • business credit
  • and eventually—property investments

If you want to buy real estate one day, start a business, or build long‑term wealth, banks need to trust you. I learned this early, and it’s one of the biggest reasons I take credit seriously.

Introducing: The Credit and Income Playbook

I created The Credit and Income Playbook to give you the exact blueprint I used to go from zero credit and zero experience to high credit, multiple cards, and real income—all before turning 20.

Inside the playbook, I break down:

  • how to start from zero
  • how to build credit the right way
  • how to get your first card
  • how to build relationships with banks
  • how to invest and trade as a beginner
  • how to create multiple income streams
  • how to avoid the mistakes I made
  • how to position yourself for future property investments

This is the guide. I wish someone handed it to me at 18—and it works whether you’re 18 or 48.

My Mission

My mission is simple:

to help people start their financial journey with clarity, confidence, and a real plan—no matter their age or background.

If you’re starting from zero, you’re not behind.

You’re just getting started.
